Lease terms of 13, 14, or 15 months are available for select apartments. Lease terms are subject to change without notice.

Lease renewal offers are emailed 75 days in advance and can be managed through the resident portal.

Provide the person’s name, phone, email, and complete ID verification through the leasing office.

Yes residents can transfer apartments after 6 months into their current lease term. Restrictions may apply; contact the office for apartment transfer requests.

Maintenance & Services

Submit requests via phone, email, in-person, or the resident portal; urgent issues are addressed 24/7.

Residents must resolve lockouts themselves; maintenance does not respond to locked-out situations.

Run cold-water taps until any discolored water clears from the pipes.

Packages & Mail

Packages are delivered to the Luxer One package lockers; residents receive access codes via email or text.

Guests must present a valid ID and verify their identity online before visiting.
